This is where a driver tried to deliver your item but was unable to because either:
- No-one was home
- There was no where safe to leave the hamper
- The front door was not easily accessible (e.g. gated property, pets, secure apartment block)
In this case, the driver will either take the hamper to the nearest Post Office for collection (which will be noted on your tracking link) or taken to a StarTrack Depot/Business Hub for re-delivery (which will also be noted on your tracking link).
